360 Degree Feedback

Simple, fast, insightful

From early career to the C-suite, 360 degree feedback is a powerful way to get constructive, clear and honest feedback from the people we work with.

The multi-rater approach allows you to collect views and perspectives from a variety of people, from line manager, to peers, team members, and other stakeholders, including customers.

The feedback is collected anonymously via a personalised online survey, giving respondents a safe space to candidly express their views.

We handle all aspects of 360 degree feedback for you, from planning to report generation and debriefing.

How it works

Our standard survey collects feedback against six leadership dimensions:

  • Driving results

  • Communications

  • Collaboration & team work

  • Leading others

  • Inclusive leadership & encouraging participation

  • Self management.

For each category, respondents are asked to rate the feedback receiver in terms of the degree to which they display specific leadership behaviours. Additional open questions give respondents the space to share anything else they want to feedback. If desired, we can tailor the survey to your organisation's and the feedback receiver's specific needs.

Once the questions have been agreed, the feedback receiver selects the people they want to ask for feedback. These should include their line manager, several peers, direct reports, and other relevant stakeholders.

Liebfrog then sends a survey link to the respondents asking them to provide anonymous feedback. Filling in the survey typically takes between 5 and 10 minutes. Survey responses are then aggregated into a 360 feedback report.

Finally, the feedback receiver meets with their Liebfrog coach who helps them to navigate and digest the feedback, explore patterns, and based on those insights define development goals.
