Executive Coaching

Through one-on-one coaching we provide the space, structure, and support needed to cultivate self-awareness, explore challenges, develop new skills and successfully work towards development goals.

Every coachee is different – and so are our coaching programmes.

We take great care in getting to know our coachees, understanding their world, challenges, and ambitions so we can best support them in reaching their development goals. After an initial assessment and goal setting phase, the coach facilitates the learning process, helping the coachee in their development through conversations, enquiry and suggested activities between sessions.

Our programmes differ in length depending on the coaching objective, but typically consist of six to ten sessions, held over a period of several months.

The coaching has given me a very clear 10 year goal, which is further than I have ever planned for before. Not only did we work together to set out the goal, but I have some high level steps to take to reach that goal in the time frame.
