Liebfrog Leadership Academy

Insight, practice, and reflection are key ingredients for successful learning.

Our six month Leadership Academy development programme is a combination of monthly classroom sessions, peer mentoring, and one-on-one coaching. Aimed primarily at new leaders, this programme can be tailored to suit other audiences, in line with the client’s strategic goals.

Each month, the cohort meets for an interactive classroom session about a leadership topic. They come away with insights, frameworks, tools, and a clear idea of how to put the learnings into practice.

Between sessions, they deepen their learning through conversations in peer mentoring pods.

They also meet with a leadership coach to work on their individual development priorities and goals.

Topics covered range from self-awareness and emotional intelligence to inclusive leadership and communication skills. The actual content for each cohort is selected and agreed with the organisation against their specific organisational leadership goals.
