  • Strengths Profile: The CAPP Strengths Profile identifies what energises people at work and where hidden potential lies, helping people identify their realised and unrealised strengths. We provide a full debrief coaching session to help apply results for greater impact.

  • Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)
    The IDI assessment helps leaders and teams build the mindset and skills for inclusive leadership. It measures intercultural competence and highlights practical growth opportunities. Every IDI includes a tailored debrief session to connect results directly to your priorities.
